The Frost Peach tree was as always, the first harvest for 2016. About three dozen beautiful peaches. Originally I thought I would can peach quarters in light syrup but so many of them had overly ripe sections. I ended up saving all I could and preserved 20 quarter pint jars of yummy peach jam! How delicious will this taste in the midst of winter?
