I love hearts! I collect heart-shaped rocks. I see the heart in all living things but am especially pleased when I come across them in the garden and in nature.

I came across the cut heart-shaped redwood on the trail section near Forestville. The hand-shaped hearts are compliments of Ian and Corin. The sweet potatoes were being sliced to make an immune broth from the Ceres Community Project Cookbook: Nourishing Connections.
